Do you sell prints?

As of right now I only sell original artworks.

 

Where is your art studio based?

Wollongong, Australia

 

Why is shipping a separate invoice for canvas pieces?

Depending on your location and the size of the piece shipping differs for all. If you would like to know the cost of shipping before you checkout please contact me via email or message, wanting to know the cost is completely understandable. If you are based in NSW, Australia, local pick up at my studio is the best option!

How often do you release new work?

I usually sell my work in series. But occasionally sell works by themselves and commission pieces, to inquire about a commission piece email me jacquelinefrederickart@gmail.com or direct message me on my instagram @jacquelinefrederickart. For updates on newly released work, follow my Instagram account.

How do you suggest I frame my piece if I purchase a piece unframed?

I suggest taking your original art piece to your local framer. They are trained professionals in dealing with original artworks. Buying a frame and framing it yourself is always an option, just handle with care.

 

Do you ship internationally?

As of right now I only ship to Australia and America. If you live outside these countries feel free to email me at Jacquelinefrederickart@gmail.com and we can discuss shipping options. Also, local pick up from my art studio based in Wollongong, Australia is another option.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once you’ve made your purchase it will be shipped within 5-6 business days. Australian orders 5-10 business days. American orders 7-14 business days.

 

How do I inquire about a commission piece?

Contact me through my website or direct message me through my Instagram, I will respond as soon as possible.

 

Can you recreate a piece you’ve already sold?

Yes and No. No two pieces will ever be the exact same, that’s the beauty in owning an original piece of art.

 

Do you accept refunds?

Unfortunately, I do not. Once your order has been processed all sales are final. I package all art with care and wariness. If you have received a damaged piece, please contact me at Jacquelinefrederickart@gmail.com

What if my piece doesn’t look the exact same as in person?

Digital screens can sometimes distort the actual colors of a piece. I like to advise people that coloring can sometimes differ in person.
